Short answer: yes. Here is exactly what to expect, so nothing catches you off guard.

On Android, you download the APK straight from this page and open it to install. Your phone may ask you to allow installing apps from your browser the first time, which is normal for anything outside the Play Store.

Windows may warn you. That is normal.

The launcher is new and not yet widely downloaded, so Windows SmartScreen may show "Windows protected your PC" the first time you run it. This happens to every small studio until Windows builds reputation for the file. To continue, click More info, then Run anyway.

What the launcher does, and does not

• Installs SeaWar to a folder you choose, and keeps it up to date.
• No account, no sign-up, no email required.
• No telemetry, no tracking, no background service. It does not start with Windows.
• It only contacts phalangix.com when it checks for updates. Nothing else leaves your machine.
• Your saves stay on your disk, in a folder you can back up.
